Obama suspends first amendment fights

The U.S. Coast Guard has been directed by the Obama administration to suspend the First Amendment in the Gulf of Mexico. Any journalist or photographer found within 65 feet of anything relating to the clean-up operation (including any vessel, oil spill boom or clean-up effort) is to be arrested, charged with a felony and prosecuted by the federal government, including fines up to $40,000.
